of Detroit, also visited that place a number of times and preached to the people. They were both Presbyterians. Mr. Wells died recently at a very advanced age, —nearly 100 years. He was a very excellent preacher and ¦ highly esteemed by the people with whom he labored for nearly three-quarters of a century.
