Pioneer Ministers of Washtenaw Co.
whose ministerial life was mainly spent in Michigan, and largely in Wash-tenaw county. He labored twelve years in Ohio and thirty-two years in Michigan. He was in the full sense of the word a pioneer preacher, being, in many places, the first to preach to the people. He received forty-three appointments and never failed to go to them and heartily to do the work assigned him.
