they do not also lend a hand to the work by furnishing teams, &c. They must be sensible that it is for their benefit, as I have before remarked. You will direct that all the gun-locks that are out of repair and cannot be repaired by the smith at that place, be sent up by some trusty soldier immediately, who will remain here till they are done, and if any ramrods are wanting they can be had by your making a return stating the deficiency.
