The prisoner being called on for his defence, was fully heard; whereupon the Court are of the opinion that the charges are fully substantiated, and, under the 9th, 21st. and 99th Articles of an Act for establishing rules and articles for the Government of the Armies of the United States, do sentence the prisoner, Joseph Andre, to be brought out from his confinement at this evening parade; then and there to ask Corporal John Palmer's par- don and return to his duty. The foregoing sentence is approved and ordered to be carried into effect. The Detachment Court Martial whereof Capt. Riohd. Smyth is President is hereby dissolved. J. Witherell, Major Comdt.
