FORT DETROIT.
ownership of mines, ores and minerals, if any should be found in the extent of the said concession. And the said Chapoton, his heirs and those interested, are held to immediately have the said concession surveyed, measured and bounded in its whole length and depth at their own expense, to execute conveyances by the present title and to take a patent of confirmation from his Majesty within two years, the whole on pain of annulling these presents.
