MacPherson, 60th Regiment, at Detroit. P. S. —The merchants alledge that there is ceder to be had in the greatest plenty. If that is the real case, I can have no objection to their cutting as much as they shall want of it, and you will not obstruct them in that, or any other business not detrimental to the service.
