PROCEEDINGS AGAINST PAUL BELLAIR FOB DEBT 2
and Park lately in our district court before us recovered against him, the said Paul Belair, as also six pounds, nine shillings, and six pence, which were adjudged to the said Meldrum & Park, in our said court before us, for their costs and charges, by them about their suit, in that behalf expended as also the interest of 12 pounds, 10 shillings, and 7 pence half penny from the 16th day of Jiily last, until actual payment:—whereof the said Paul Belair is convicted as appears to us of record, and have you there then this writ. Witness, Wm. Harffy, Esq., first judge of our said court at Detroit aforesaid, this 29th day of January, in the thirty-sixth year of our reign.
