the said writings purporting to be laws from the minds of the good people of the Territory of Michigan thus confused by the said decision of the Supreme Court and the said executive proclamation in opposition to the same, and it has been thought advisable by the Governor and the Judges of the said Territory of Michigan hereafter specially to re-enact such of the said writings purporting to be laws as may appear worthy of adoption.
