Their corrupt Government, by their insolence and injustice, has led them to the very brink of Destruction. I am at this time busy in preparing an Abstract from the Commissioner's Report and the surveys for Congress, that the survey may be confirmed for the remainder of your lands, the issuing of your patents will be deferred until that time.
