sudden punishment, and not contemplating Suits between individuals: that the said law says that the proceedings in the Court of Districts, (which have Cognizance of sums below two hundred dollars), shall conform to the law & custom of the Superior Court; and here is the difference; the District Courts for two hundred dollars are held every Six months, and the Superior Court for sums above $200 are held every two months.
We find now a freeholder for the smallest sum below twenty
