Michilimackinac, July 31, 1801.9 .
very particular in my last letter to Mr. McGrigor in giving him an account of the sales of my peltries and the money paid and for what. You would oblige me much by showing him this letter. I mean to leave this shortly for St. Josephs, and hope in the fall to have the pleasure of seeing you. My compliments to Mrs. May and family.
