Marshall at the price of two hundred and fifty dollars, of which one hundred Seventy-five is considered as already paid, and the balance due; if the public use the block-house fora jail during the year one thousand eight hundred Seven, the whole is considered to be paid, and nothing to be charged for any repairs; if the public use the block-house any further they are to pay Mr. May Seventy-five dollars a year rent and he is to charge nothing for repairs, and at that rate for any fractional part of a year.
