GENERAL ORDER FOR THE MILITIA OF THE INDIANA TERRITORY.4.
The following appointments are made in the general staff, viz.: Charles Janett, Esq., to be aid-de-camp to the Commander-in-Chief, with rank of Major. Mathew Ernest, Esq., to be Quartermaster General to the militia of the territory, with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Robert Monroe, Esq., to be Deputy Quartermaster General, with the rank of Major. The gentlemen thus appointed are to be respected accordingly.
