this Territory regulating county levies was unjust and oppressive and if the collector of the taxes should put it in force you would hire a party to oppose him to the evil and pernicious example of every good citizen of this County and against the peace and happiness and administration of our Government and therefore for the above reasons under due consideration I shall
•dispute your right to a seat in this Legislature.
