I argued generally in favor of the north woods, citing the example of the State of Ohio, in locating her capitol in the wilderness, and summed up by enjoining the location " at some suitable point farther north than the Central Railroad, the selection of which point I would submit to the good judgment of the Legislative body." And now the select committee of seven, having amicably agreed to disagree, reported the whole subject back to the Legislature, without recommendation.
