WILLIAM B. GRAY.
As one of the very earliest settlers in the St. Joseph Valley, he was widely known, and universally respected and esteemed. He was an honest, true man, a whole souled Irishman. He leaves a wife with whom he had lived happily for thirty-four years, an only daughter, his eldest sister and a younger brother behind him in mourning, beside many other relatives, and a wide circle of acquaintances, all his friends, who mourn his death. —Niles Republican, May 14, 1885.
